These Terms and conditions cover all bookings made through Transferspoland.co.uk.
1. Introduction
1.1 Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making your booking. By making a booking with us, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions as they may be modified and posted on our web site from time to time.
1.2 If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions then regrettably you may not place an order via our website.
2. Ordering
2.1 To place an order you must follow the ordering procedures set out on our order page of our website. All orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance of your departure.
2.2 You confirm that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing the Service will be correct. If you choose online payment we reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card details before providing you with the Service. If validation cannot be obtained and payment is not made, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
2.3 For bookings that are allocated to us a voucher will be produced. Only one voucher is produced for the entire booking, and also covers any return transfers and trips booked. The voucher contains your journeys details and your unique voucher number. It is your responsibility to check the details of your booking on the voucher prior to travel and inform us if there are any errors. You ought to present this to the driver at the start of your journey.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1 Details of the prices for the Service, and the procedures for payment and delivery are displayed on our website. The applicable price of any Service is the price displayed on our website at the date and time of your order. The price of any Service on our website may change before you place an order. We try to ensure that our prices displayed on our website are accurate but the price on your order will need to be validated by us as part of the acceptance procedure.
3.2 We will inform you if a Service’s correct price is higher than that stated in your order and you may cancel the order and decide whether or not to order the Service at the correct price. If you cancel the order, you will receive a refund of all monies you have paid.
3.3 Prices quoted are per vehicle or per person. You can find information about method of quoted on our website.
3.4 You can choose the method of payment. You can pay by credit or debit card at the time of order. The cards we accept are set out on the order page of our website. If you don’t want to pay online, you can pay locally to the driver after each made service.
3.5 Transfers from other city than Krakow should be paid in advance.
3.6 Prices are guarantee in POLISH ZLOTY. Payment in foregin currency will be count to Polish Zloty according to National Polish Bank rate of exchange.
4. Special Requests
If you have any special requests, please let us know at the time of booking. We will endeavor to pass on all such request.
5. Changes and Cancellations by you
Any cancellation or amendment request must be sent to us in writing, by email at bookings@transferspoland.co.uk and will take effect from the day of receipt. We’ll send you the cancellations or changes confirmations at least 48h after received your email. Please note, we accept all changes or cancelations email that will send to us at least 48h before ordering services.
6. Your Responsibilities
6.1 It is your responsibility to travel with the booking voucher which lists arrival instructions and all of the relevant contact numbers in the event of an emergency.
6.2 If your flight is diverted, we recommend that you contact our 24 hour helpline as soon as possible as they may be able to assist you in finding alternative transfer arrangements.
6.3 Smoking and alcohol consumptions is not permitted in our vehicles.
6.4 We delegate to our drivers the right to refuse to carry any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/ or whose behavior is consider to pose a threat to the driver, the vehicle and/ or other passengers or road users.
6.5 Any costs incurred by us due to damage caused by the passenger must be repaid by the passengers.
7. If you have a complaint
7.1 If you encounter a problem with your Service, please call us using the numbers given to you on your booking voucher and we will immediately endeavor to investigate the matter and put things right.
7.2 If you have any service issues upon your return, in relation to services booked through Transferspoland.co.uk, you should direct them to us via email at bookings@transferspoland.co.uk We will endeavor to resolve all service issues within 14 days of notification.
7.3 Please note that any complaints must be received in writing within 14 days of the return booking date. (If an outbound transfer only – then within 14 days of this date).
8. Insurance
All vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims, as required under Polish law. However, whilst every care is always taken, a customer’s property is carried entirely at their own risk and no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage. Passengers are advised to check their own travel insurance.
9. Luggage
9.1 Passengers are limited to one item of luggage, such as a suitcase or similar item, and one hand luggage per person.
9.2 Any excess baggage must be declared at the time of booking. Please inform us if you wish to travel with excess baggage including surfboards, bicycles, pet carriers golf clubs or other oversized items. This is to ensure that the vehicles can accommodate you. Should you fail to notify us at the time of booking, you will be liable for any additional costs incurred in the carriage of such items. Oversized items not declared at the time of booking might be refused
10. General
10.1 Transferspoland cannot be held responsible for any loss in financial, professional, missed connection times, flights, trains due to the transfer not arriving at the pick-up or drop-off address at the booked time. The following are examples of circumstances which are not within our control:
- Accidents causing delays to the vehicle.
- Restricted vehicular access.
- Exceptional or severe weather conditions
- Incorrect booking information given by the customer
- Compliance with requests of the police or government officials
- Vandalism and/ or terrorism
- Unforeseen traffic delays
- Industrial action by third parties
- Problems caused by other clients
- Other circumstances affecting passenger safety
10.2 If you wish to rely on any variations to these terms and conditions, you should ensure that such variations are agreed with us in writing as soon as possible.
10.3 We may alter these terms and conditions from time to time and post the new version on our website, following which all use of our website will be governed by the new version. You must check the terms and conditions on the website regularly. The terms governing the purchase of any Service will be the terms in place at the time of your order.
10.4 Our terms and conditions and your use of our web site are governed by the laws of Poland, and in the event of any dispute under our contract, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Polish courts.
11. Website Use
When you visit our website or send e-mails to us, you are communicating electronically. We will also communicate with you by e-mail. You agree that all notices, agreements, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any requirement that such communications be in writing.
As a condition of your use of this website, you warrant to us that you will not use it or any material or information on it for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Conditions. You warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to use this website in accordance with these Conditions.
